❌ Location data is not collected.

Data is processed for:
• application functionality;
• personalization of the user experience;
• technical support;
• internal analytics;
• advertising (Meta, TikTok, Google).
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Personal data is processed based on:
• Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract;
• Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – user consent;
• Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest (security);
• Article 9(2)(a) GDPR – explicit consent for sensitive wellbeing-related data (emotions, journaling).
5. Artificial Intelligence (AI)
AI conversations are processed via the OpenAI API.
User data is not used to train OpenAI models.2

• account data – until account deletion;
• journaling and AI chat – until account deletion;
• emotions and wellbeing tasks – until account deletion;
• technical and analytics data – up to 24 months;
• legally required data – according to applicable laws.
