By installing, accessing, or using the MindTok application, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted this document.
1. Application Description
MindTok is a digital wellbeing and personal development application that provides:
• guided breathing exercises;
• audio meditations;
• affirmations;
• personal journaling (text and audio);
• daily emotion selection;
• wellbeing tasks;
• personalized avatar;
• AI-powered chat assistant.

The content available in the application is provided for informational and general wellbeing purposes only and does not replace consultation with a licensed physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, or any other qualified professional.
2. Eligibility
The application may be used only by individuals who:
• are at least 16 years old;
• have legal capacity;
• accept these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
3. User Account
To access all features, users must create an account using:
• an email address, or
• Apple / Google authentication.
Users are solely responsible for:
• maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials;
• all activities carried out through their account.
4. AI Chat Feature
MindTok includes an AI-powered chat assistant intended for general wellbeing conversations.
The AI chat:
• is processed via the OpenAI API;
• conversations are stored;
• does NOT provide therapy, diagnosis, or medical advice;
• is NOT intended for emergency situations.
If conversations include references to self-harm, suicide, or serious risks, the AI may limit responses and recommend contacting emergency services (112) or a licensed professional.
AI responses may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Any decisions made based on the use of the application are the sole responsibility of the user.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
MindTok offers:
• free access (limited features);
• monthly subscription;
• annual subscription.
Payments are processed exclusively through the App Store / Google Play.
MindTok does not store payment card details.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials available in the application (texts, audio, design, code, avatars, functional structures) are the exclusive property of SC TRENDSETTER INT SRL and are protected by applicable law.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
The application is used entirely at the user’s own risk.
MindTok is not liable for:
• interpretation of content or AI responses;
• decisions made by users;
• undesired effects;
• technical issues or temporary unavailability.
8. Terms of Use (Rules)
Users agree:
• to use the application strictly for personal purposes;
• not to enter personal data belonging to other individuals;
• not to use the application for illegal activities;
• not to attempt unauthorized access to MindTok systems.
Use of the application in situations requiring full attention (e.g., driving or operating machinery) is prohibited.
MindTok reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
9. Account Deletion
Users may delete their account from within the application
Upon deletion:
• data becomes immediately inaccessible;
• permanent deletion occurs within a maximum of 30 days.
Certain data may be temporarily archived solely for legal obligations, security, and defense of legal rights.
10. Governing Law
This document is governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union.
